Engineer not arrived

The engineer has not arrived to install our fibre broadband

He/She may have been delayed at an earlier job. You haven't said the timeframe for the visit so if it was a Openreach engineer you were expecting you'll need to contact Sky tomorrow by which time Sky may have received an update from OR.
