I had an engineer visit our place end of October, 2 weeks after getting broadband with Sky, and upon not being able to complete the job I was told the next date would be the 14th of November. Two more weeks passed and no one came today, Openreach hasn't contacted me, Sky can't do anything about it, what am I supposed to do?
I now got broadband over a month ago and it's been activated over 2 weeks ago but we don't have internet.
