Engineer missed appointment

I had a telephone call Sunday 23/02/25 confirming visit today 26/02/25.

 

Engineer was due on am timeslot however has not shown

 

I have checked my order which shows as an issue

 

Sky Broadband engineer visit

Action required

It appears there's been an issue with your order
Please rearrange your visit to get your order back on track
 
what is the issue as this is the 2nd time that my broadband appointment has not been upheld.
 
Please contact me and advise when this afternoon the engineer will be attending.

This is a customer helps customer forum and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services on here. You will need to call Sky to rearrange as it doesn't appear there will be a visit today.
