new fibre has got a connection , booked for 8-1 today haven't arrived

Possibly delayed by an earlier job overrunning? As customers here we don't know why they are late.

@Suziebear Did you get a text few day's ago about it happening as per what you thought? Not today then expect an e-mail/text from sky tomorrow or the day after about contacting to reschedule your installation! If the Engineer has arrived, you never know but some off the work does take place outside the home also!
