Engineer cancelled

Hello I've received an email that my Engineer has cancelled my appointment on Monday 25th

@Paul708 You may wish to have a look using mobile data on the service checker just incase it is an Area Wide fault, if it is then no need for an Engineer visit!

I have not cancelled this appointment 

and furthermore I have no current internet today being 23/08/25 ..

please confirm this appointment on the 25/08

Oh yes of course.
Is there an alternative date perhaps ?

currently we have no internet for 3 days now 

it says no connections available this is off my laptop I don't understand this frustrating using my mobile at the moment ?

I'd forgotten about the regional difference.  Apparently Scotland has the original August Bank Holiday from 1871, and it's the rest of the UK which changed away from that in the mid-60s.

Hello, sorry I was at work, so my appointment is still 12 to 2 on Monday 25th ? 

strange why I received an email saying it's been cancelled

Service checker is all fine so 100% need an engineer
