An engineer was suppose to attend the property. Sky cancelled & as much as I'm grateful for the credit. Are you going to contact me regarding rearranging the engineer visit?

Give Sky a call to find out when they are going to send out the engineer if there is on further information in track orders in my account.

If it is a reported fault or provisioning a broadband service most providers are pretty quick at either fixing the issue or provisioning the service automatically and sending you details about the engineer visit, or you will get additional credit for the period in question.
