Engineer appointment

Dear Sky Help Centre

 

Please I am trying to cancel a visit from an Openreach engineer scheduled for next Wednesday 4th December, but I am not getting confirmation from Sky or Openreach.

 

Please be aware I do not wish to be charged the £25 for this as I have given advance notice.

Then you will need to call Sky. You should avoid the £25 charge as you are not cancelling the day before as this is when the charge can be applied.

 

150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.
