Engineer Appointment

Hi I have an engineer coming Tuesday 3 November, and have been told that they may text or phone me prior to the appointment. The issue I have is that my mobile network is poor reception without the WiFi and I may not receive or hear the call/ receive the message. Do they always do this or will they turn up regardless?

Is it Sky/Openreach or Cityfibre that are due to come to your property. With me even though I was told they would call Openreach didn't and just turned up so even if you do not answer any call I wouldn't have thought it would prevent then from turning up.

As a side issue, if Wifi calling an option for you ?

Thankyou for your reply. Yes it is open reach who are due to come. Also I am not sure what WiFi  calling is sorry. Without any Internet at all, I have no WiFi either.

Wifi calling will not work if you have no internet connection so hopefully the engineer can fix your issue tomorrow.
