Hello I use a vpn router for my worm and for security reasons. I am having trouble connecting since I upgraded my sky hub today. I can't work until my vpn is operational I would like to resolve this please.

If that's a white Max Hub, current advice is to use the admin settings in the My Sky app to enable UPnP: this should cause Map-T to move from 8:1 to 1:1
