My mac has been updated to Sonoma 14.0 and my iphone to IOS 17.0.3 and i now cannot downlaod emails over the sky wifi, all i get is the checking for mail......
I have disabled Limit IP Tracking and do not have Shield running but still have the issue.

Have you tried switching off the router for an hour to acquire a new public IP address?

Yes I have.
I am also getting some webpages not downloading also.
I cannot access some of my web hosting pages.

And broadband shield is set at what age, if under eighteen then may be worth changing it or even disabling it altogether to see whether that fixes the issue.
Some users have reported that the Sky Hub is sometimes faulty in cases when this happens. With that in mind, it will be worth contacting Sky directly if the issue isn't resolved with the workarounds provided and getting a replacement Sky Hub.
