Emails using WiFi don't or take ages to download

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Mark1418 this can be caused by a number of different reasons some due to your broadband connection and several that are down to your email provider, the email client you use and the device you are using.
First point is to run a speddtest on the device to check its connection speed, second is to check the speed to the hub which the My Sky app's connection test can tell you. if those are normal then the issue lies elsewhere.
