Electric cable to hub has snapped
I'm not sure I've done this right my cable snapped the c charger in the route has to remove it's snapped how do I order a new cable

Hi @Nat_reece
You cant order a new cable individually from Sky, it would need to be a new router. However you could try and power it from another USB-C plug if you have one. In the meantime I would call Sky to get a new hub sent though.
