Poor WiFi even when near router

@JK65 you can check the speed to the hub in the Service checker in the My Sky app by clicking on the broadband link which not only shows the currebt sspeed butvalso the guaranteed speed for your line and the recent history if its lower than it should be the app can offer to book an engineer. If that is OK check nothing is blocking the wifi signals from the hub by making sure it is out in the open and abovecthings like radiators.
