Eh16 area sky down?

Ours has gone down again at EH7. Exact same way as it went at 9.00pm last night. Came back on around 12 this afternoon and went off again between 5 and 5.30pm. Had the usual tests via the app and it saying that their is no problems or faults and must be something at our end. Only two green lights on my hub.  One for wifi and one for power. Went onto twitter and mamaged to get a number to phone which this messege wont let me post Got  through to talk to someone on sky who is sending a report to an engineer who is supposed to chrck the report withon 72 hours. Extremely annoying and frustrating. Just a reminder that if you are phoning the number you need to be able to give the last two digits of the bank account number you use  to pay the bill. We also had to read out the number that is on the white box thats on the wall where the wifi comes in which isnt the easiest to read with it being very close to the floor.

Mine is still down since yesterday. I'm fuming . Ridiculous it's taking this long to sort out.

Internet has been down for 3 days now, eh7 edinburgh, and still no responses.

@Juan+diego+perdom definitely not linked to the outage reported in this thread in late November and given the lack of other reports it is probably a line fault rather than affecting the wider area.

If you haven't already done so report the fault to Sky so they can get Openreach to fix it. Compensation is payable if after 2 working days after you report the issue it isn't fixed see Customer Auto-Compensation | Sky Help | Sky.com
