Come on sky it's saying no known issues in area which there obviously is I'm EH21 been since 9 pm can't even speak to anyone only 2 lights on router

Yeah it's now saying issue in area on mine, was going to phone but will just need to wait hopefully won't take long to fix

It would be good to know why it's taken so long for it to flag as an 'outage in your area.'
We all probably wasted a lot of time last night trying to fix our own hubs when the message was making it clear everything else was fine.

Exactly it kept saying no issues in area all last night I was still trying to fix it after 12 then gave up, it went down around 9pm when I was half way through a college assessment which I really need to get done asap it kept telling my set up was the issue then said I need a new hub lol

Cannot connect to anything saying no problem detected in my area. Clearly there is. I've got no internet light but the other two are on. It's been down since midnight and it's ridiculous nothing has been done . Sort it out

I've tried talking to Sky. Same as other users. It says there's an issue and they're working on it which I understand, but it says to keep an eye on the service checker and the service checker says there are no outages in the area. If I can't get information from Sky to whether there is an outage or not and whether it's going to be fixed, I rely on the community which tells me there is because multiple people are having the issue and I may well find out that it's fixed on the community because the service checker is no help whatsoever.
