EV charger connection
I have just had a Versprung EV charger connected to the house, every time I try to add the charger it tells me it cannot find the WiFi (the range and signal isn't the issue) so I'm assuming it's to do with the synchronised 2.4/5ghz, however when trying to log in and un-synchronise (and rename SSID's) as soon as I try to click 'apply' it tells me the below:
Even swearing really loudly at it isn't helping the situation.
Ive never had any other issues with smart devices like this so its quite aggravating.
Any help would be appreciated!

Re: EV charger connection
Using Safari, particularly over WiFi, typically isn't successful for Hub administration.

Re: EV charger connection
@Tom104You don't say which model you have, but I didn't think they supported 5Ghz, only 2.4Ghz, I know with the Model 20150 (not too familar with Versprung models , as I mainly did Zappi EV chargers some years ago, they have Ethernet port RJ45,great if you had WiFi issues), you can use the app Smart Life or Tuya with Versprung & your phone.
