Download speed

I've got sky fibre broadband 2.5gb ultra fast and I am not getting the minimum download speed witch should be 1.2gb and I am only getting if I am lucky at tops 200mbps any help would be grand ive tried resting the router and the wife booster and still getting same result if not the lowest I have just got was just over 20mbps

Minimum delivered to the Hub over optical fibre and ethernet cable, not on WiFi from it.
