I've had my Sky broadband in since July and upgraded to be able to control individual devices via the MySky app. Never been a problem until now. Got the kids new Amazon Fire 10s, and they do not show in the app as connected devices so I am unable to put limits on them. They are showing when I login to the router via browser as connected devices. Below are screenshots of the app, the router settings, as well as the WiFi settings on one of the tablets.
