Continue to pay for but don’t get anywhere the minimum download speed. Can an engineer come out to look into the issue & provide a fix please? I run the sky app broadband tests and all are OK yet the statue on the app remain that I have a problem. Thanks

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Zoe1812When you run the broadband test. After it completes could you tell us what speed you are supposed to get between and also your minimum. If you are below that minimum then Sky have to send someone out to find out why this is happening.
