Download speed awful

Have been having issues with download speed movies from purchased they have been taking a really long time been with SKY a really long time and have upgraded to SKY MAX hub I would love some help.

exchange GL20 7  all seens very slow in the street - openreach been wirking last week needs attention at exchange i think
