Download Speed

I've ran a download spped check and I'm getting between 15-30 mbps but my guaranteed download speed is 100mbps, should I contact Sky?

@NeilTS  What does the mysky app show as the speed Sky measure is the speed to the hub, not beyond.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

147. So when I run a speed check on a device and it's shows a lower speed, because I'm getting 100+ to my hub, it's working correctly?

@NeilTS  Correct, an ISP doesn't guarantee the same speed your line gets over wifi as there are a number of variables with wifi.

The 'guaranteed' wireless speed (if the WiFi Max subscription supplement is on the account) is 25Mbs
