Double the price

I only have a broadband package no tv or phones 

It's usually £35 a month but this month i was charged £68 , can you get extra charges using just broadband?

Only if outgoing 'landline' phone calls have been made: there's always a bundled voice service.

The other possible charge is for unreturned hardware.

Even if your initial 18 month contract th price shouldn't double

Could you post a copy of your bill removing your comtract number
