Door bell camera

I set the door bell camera up yesterday all good installed outside my front door it's saying no signal. I can receive sound but no camera could you please advise on this . A simple task to do but so frustrating when something can't conect to the wifi

@HULLKR123  Is this a Sky Protect Doorbell camera or a 3rd party one?
