Don’t renew

It's too expensive this price increase either you bring it down or I'm leaving sky, it's way to expensive jumping form £16.50 to £40 for just broadband! I am looking  at switching if this is not somthing we can sort

Were you on sky basics social tariff

If you’re not already aware the Sky Community is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to help other customers and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services.

 

If you were/are on the social tariff the broadband part of the social tariff now lasts for 24 months and then reverts to the full cost but if you’re still eligible you will then need to re-apply.
