Dog chewed cable

Morning all,

 

I hope you guys can help me!

 

my dog has chewed the cable that comes through the wall and into the hub. Picture attached.

Sky automated response is taking me round in circles. Which number do I call please?

@Aliidizzle its quicker to go to a DIY store or a larger supermarket and buy a replacement DSL cable with rj11 connectors the purple ends mean nothing.

The cable pictured typically does not 'come through a wall' because it's a lead used between wall socket and Hub.
