Does a sky chat with a human adviser exist?

Need to speak to a human adviser and wondering if a chat where you can ask questions to a person exists?

Thanks - I would find easy to ask for help via a chat rather than phoning - btw it is about my contract ending soon and would like to see what they can offer in terms of best prices rather than change provider

@Nora76  You are more likely to get that calling as then they can see what offers are available to you otherwise you will just have to look at the website to see what offers are available to you at this time.
