Dodgy internet connection
For the last 4 weeks we keep
losing broadband connection . I am having to keep resetting it from the router
when I check my broadband connection in my phone (using 4g) it says everything is fine.
yet nothing connects to the internet.
im fed up of resetting it from the router multiple times a day.
many advice?

@oopsESo you have to reset the router to get your internet back working is this correct? Do you have a black or white router from Sky?

Yes I switch it off and then back on again.
Then wait for it to turn back on and reconnect.

@oopsEThe next time it happens and drops you don't have to switch it off and back on again to get it working.
You can log into the router and go to the maintence tab down the bottom on the left-hand side you will find a setting that lets you disconnect the connection and re-connect without having to power off and back on again. The directions can be found in the link below on how to do this just follow them to point 4 as the other option is show stats which you don't need. This should let you re-connect. But if it is dropping you can follow the directions and post your router stats as directed if it happens again.
