@Tjr3245 Sky have no direct control over the DLM settings which are automatic. While in theory Openreach sell three profiles Sky have always only ordered the stable setting. Line conditions will vary which means the DLM which is always running will intervene to stabilise the connection. While levels of interleaving can be applied it is normally temporary. In theory Sky can order a DLM reset but that is normally only done where the system does not recover after a line fault has been cleared.

The switch to SOGEA should have no affects the VDSL connection. Openreach and therefore Sky have no standards on latency .
