Dishwasher and WiFi

We previously had ski Broadband and could connect our wifi plugs and also our dishwasher perfectly. Since moving to sky fibre we can connect. Any help please

@Sanjd1 Has nothing changed apart from the Fibre upgrade, you still have the same sky Hub as previous, you really should have no issues unless the move off hub if that happened and now the wireless wi-fi is just not reaching. If so you may just have to relocate the hub back to where it was! Also see the sky help link!

With a white Max Hub you may need to reduce the wireless security level from WPA3 to WPA2-PSK using the Hub settings in the My Sky app.

You can use the same settings to temporarily disable the 5Ghz WiFi band: remember to re-enable it afterwards if you do this.
