Disgusting service

Phone operators a polite, but broadband is appalling. So called fixed by BT engineer broke again 14 hours later. If you send a sky engineer out again PLEASE make sure they have a spare router of my type available as first sky engineer said they don't normally carry this sort of router!! So disappointed with this service David Kirk

You aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services here. This is predominantly a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to help other customers.

 

Sky and Openreach only carry a certain amount of equipment and new or replacement hubs are normally sent out in the post, not via an engineer.
