@SimonCarter You will need to call Sky, the forum is customer to customer support and the few Sky staff here will be unalbe to assist you.

Time speed of the broadband promised and the speed we are using is totally deceiving . I would like a full refund of all the months we have started using it or send your engineers to sort it out

A full refund won't be given for any issues as you seem to think.

 

It certainly can't happen on back of a community post from an unlinked community login.

 

Have you contacted Sky about these issues if not Sky can't know, an engineer won't be sent either as no on at Sky knows who you are.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
