My broadband keeps disconnecting too. It has been disconnecting on and off all week, but broadband test say there is nothing wrong with the connection!

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@CT50 & @Dansr check the lights on the hub if the internet light goes amber then you have lost connection to the exchange. Loads of issues currently due to the very wet weather. Unless the My Sky app which works over a mobile connection tells you there is a known local,fault call Sky to report the issue. They will get an engineer to check your lines.
