Disconnected too early

I asked for my service to be continued u til this Friday and it's been switched off today, I need it back on as we need the WiFi for work

If you’re not already aware the Sky Community is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to help other customers and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services.

 

Youve posted on the Sky Q board but mention broadband. Openreach won't now reconnect it for a couple of days I'm afraid.
