Disconnect sky guard

We are unable to connect our PS5 to our broadband. 
we have searched the error code and is stating there is a block which is preventing us using this.

we are also unable to download apps on our smart tv because of this reason.

I think by Sky Guard you mean Sky Broadband shield, you can change the settings via the MySky app or online here:
