Disappointing WiFi

Hi,

Since switching to Sky broadband, we've been pretty disappointed with the quality and are struggling to work from home. Is there anything you'd recommend? We can't see us being able to continue as customers if not, as it's impacting our work, and I'm beginning to regret switching,

@helen+hadden What is the actual issue, you are not contacting sky by posting on the Forum, customers like yourself. If you need sky then you have to call them!
