Re: Disable ipv4 address sharing (map-t)
Hi,
I have recently migrated to yourselves - Friday the 13th.. Similarly to the other users in this post, i have had issues connectign to my work VPN. Initially the VPN to my work worked, however it suddenly stopped working over night and I haven't been able to connect yesterday or today. Tethering through my iPhone works, and another mobile device.
Please can I be opted out of this please as this isn't allowing me to connect to my work VPN.
Thanks.

Re: Disable ipv4 address sharing (map-t)
Hi, my wife is really struggling with this issue and could really do with someone from Sky who knows the problem and how to resolve, she has spoken to a few IT folks at Sky that either go thru basic steps or promise here a call back that never materialise. She works for a large international bank and her IT dept although understanding seems to be at a bit of a loss and are asking me to change settings on the Wi-Fi Max router which i am a little reluctant to do as i am concerned it will knock out my own connection to which i have no current issues. Any help greatly appreciated

Re: Disable ipv4 address sharing (map-t)
@NigelB1969 can you ask your wife to complete and submit this form https://forms.office.com/e/kk1gCkWsRb?origin=lprLink which is to gather information for the team investigating the issue.
Enabling UPnP will change the MAP-T sharing ratio from 8:1 to 1:1 which may sort your wife's issue and shouldn't upset yours. If it does it can be reversed. This post of mine explains the steps UPnP set up
65inch Sky Glass, 3 Sky Streaming Pucks, Sky Ultrafast + and Sky SR213(white Wifi Max hub) main Wifi from 3 TP-Link Deco M4 units in access point mode

Hi @Zer0
See this thread for details on the Unifi issue specifically, and how to mitigate it on your UDM.

Re: Disable ipv4 address sharing (map-t)
Hello, I am also having connectivity issues on my work supplied laptop.
The network tech people have tracked it down to MAP-T being enabled on my Sky Max Hub.
How do i opt out of this, i have not been able work for 3 days now?
Thanks

Re: Disable ipv4 address sharing (map-t)
Thanks for the response. I've Enabled UPnP to change the MAP-T sharing ratio from 8:1 to 1:1 but still having the same problems.
Do SKY also need to make a change to fix this problem?
Thanks
