Disable SIP ALG Help

I've been told I need to disable SIP ALG as I can't use my VOIP phone at home. 
I have a black router if this helps. I have logged on online to see if I can change the settings or remove the SIP myself but it's asking for a username and password which we don't know. 

Can anyone provide any insight at all please?

@Mrso15 the log in details for the upright black Sky hubs are username is admin and the password is the WiFi password  on thevhub's label.
