Trying to disable Broadband Shield, but can't log into it. Any ideas?

@TaDaaaa you havecto be using the Sky id that is linked to the account holder. If you are confident you are you will need Sky's help.

You can also try to connect via the app on mobile data rather than WiFi to see if you can turn of the shield
