I switched broadband from BT to sky on Monday. All is working fine except digital voice. I'm on evening and weekend package so can only test after 19:00.
I've logged a call with sky but have heard nothing.
Any suggestions.

BT Digital Voice wireless handsets are only compatible with a BT Smart Hub 2,
You would need to look for a dect phone that isn't tied to a specific isp such as panasonic

As @cookiemonsteruk indicates, BT chose to manufacture their Digital Voice branded handsets to a proprietary standard which works where they are the ISP but not on any other broadband: as the only internet service provider which makes such hardware (and with a century of 'phone' heritage) they can do so if they wish but it's not helpful to users when switching.

Note that if the Voice light on the Sky Broadband Hub isn't lit up in green, that's a different issue and suggests the service hasn't activated properly.

Thanks for the responses. Handset is a Panasonic so I don't think it is that.
I have got the sky max hub (the white one) and it has a single white light non flashing.
From one of the responses should I also have an orange light.
From what I read in set up, the white light was indicating service and connection all working.
