Hi, I'm having trouble using my mobile phone (not Sky mobile) inside my house, as the mobile signal in the area is poor. I keep trying to use Wi-Fi Calling, but it only works intermittently and I usually have to go upstairs. Does anyone know what the problem might be. I can't understand how it sometimes works, then sometimes not. It has become worse recently. My phone is a Sony Xperia 5. Thank you
