Difficulty connecting some games and websites

We moved to SKY broadband on 18 March and have had some issues connecting some games and websites (e.g. Netflix on my PC). Any help would be appreciated.

@JohnInPettsWood  Have yo uchecked broadband sheild as its deafult is set to PG13. This can be found in my account under broadband & talk tab.

Thanks. I've updated the Shield, will take a look later to see if that's fixed things . . . . .it does sound hopeful 😊
