@Liz197 what speed did the service checker show fir the connection to your hub? If thst is below the guranteed speed for your line then the app,should offer further help. However it cannot directly help where the reduction in speed is diwn to the WiFi connection between the hub snd the device you sre using. WiFi spedds depend on the lsyout of your home and how it is built. Many homes need boisters etc to get uszble WiFi iin every room.
