I have a few devices connected all the time with no issues but now in the last couple days the signal has dropped to a bear minimum and now tonight we can't connect anything and you're website is saying everything is work when it clearly isn't

The test result you saw will be from an earlier routine testyou nedd yo click to run the test again to see the currdnt pisition. However it isnt clear if the issue is with the line or the WiFi network in your home. The LEDs on the hub can tell you what to do see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start
