Will the engineer connect all my devices to the new hub
Been told they will but not sure about this

@Stey32 What Engineer visit is it that you have, a paid sky install to take care off everything for you! What you are looking for would be a dedicated sky Engineering installation and that is just not the Norm!

@Stey32 What Engineer visit is it that you have, a paid sky install to take care off everything for you! What you are looking for would be a dedicated sky Engineering installation and that is just not the Norm!

They are updating me to full fibre the guy on the phone said they will connect all my devices but I'm not convinced

@Stey32 If you are keeping the same sky hub pre/post the new fibre upgrade, then it's a switch the hub off, move it over to the new Fibre ONT, switch it on and NOTHING else too do, you just have to hope that everything before that was on wireless reaches if the sky Hub get's a major move from ideally the middle off your home, to the position near were the ONT get's fitted!
If it's NOT a sky Engineer and there is a time constraint then everything may or may not get addressed!
This just not everyone's cup off tea, so before it all kicks off have the conversation with the Installation Engineer doing the job, DON'T spring it on him/her after the work is started or done, they will not be happy camper's....
