Devices not connecting to wifi

Hi, my devices won't connect to my WiFi. I've run broadband check and all fine and have reset the router but no joy. Please help!

I suddenly have the same problem today. For me it seems the sky DNS server the Hub is using by default is not working because when I over-rule the DNS settings on individual devices to use Google's DNS servers (8.8.8.8) they instantly start working again.

Bizarrely, amazon echos and fire stick are all working fine. Its just mobiles and laptops that won't connect.

I suspect they have specific DNS settings configured in them where as some other devices just use the default DNS server address that the hub provides them.
