Devices lost internet connection
Internet connection dropped on my devices when connected to the wifi. Checked on the my sky app using mobile data of any issues reported. Did broadband test and that came back with no issues despite there actually being one. loss of connection for a about 5mins occurred.
can this be investigate as I pay for broadband boost service.

@Someone24 you are not talking to Sky by posting in the forum. Brief loss of connection is quite normal especially after midnight as for example the DLM system in the cabinet optimises speed of a copper connection. If drops happen multiple times per day the online test should offer a check of your line by an engineer.
Broadband Boost promises wifi speeds of st least 3Mb/s in every room in your home if devices are not achieving that or regularly losing connection to the hub give Sky a call and they will post out a wifi booster which you install yourself halfway between the hub and the problem device.
