Devices keep losing connection
I have a number of devices which keep losing connection despite the WiFi still showing as connected.
Browser pages come up with an error saying there is no internet connection.

Re: Devices keep losing connection
Try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
If you need help please provide as much information as you can

Re: Devices keep losing connection
|I have just upgraded to broadband superfast with Sky and am finding that many of my devices, such as Ring Doorbell, my Wi-Fi extender and my HP printer keep losing connection. I have run all the suggested tests and they show that the service is good. What can I do to resolve this issue?

Re: Devices keep losing connection
Yes complain!
sky have released the white router with a software fault that does not allow you to switch off the 5g in WiFi for a short time to allow the 2g network to settle.
their tech team don't even know why this is necessary!
they can't get their heads around it.
anyway, bin the sky router for wireless, get another access point, set it up, no issues.
just sky!
