Devices cannot connect to broadband

Hello,

our devices will not connect to my broadband!

I have no end of quality issues with sky stream... I pay for fibre and the general internet is useless!! An engineer outside of my house recently told me that there is a known issue with the fibre in our road and how poor it is!

i have the hardest week of my life starting tomorrow and I need to finish my preparation after a two year long court battle following domestic abuse, coercion and stalking! I need help with this urgently please I am begging you!!

This forum is not a point of contact with Sky staff.  Unfortunately this time on a Sunday night is just not conducive to getting support no matter what the circumstances.
