Devices can connect to wifi but nothing works

Sky wifi works on my tv but any other deivces can 'connect' but don't actually work, for example iphones, laptop and consoles. But around 8pm it will start working, this has been an issue for the last few weeks and i have been hotspotting my devices as sky has been unusable

According to sky there are no issues with broadband or wifi??

just to add - all the lights on skyhub are green and restarting has not solved the issue
