I just want to cancel.

I gave 45 days notice that I was canceling my account which should have been the 1st of July. Sky have messed up but still want to charge me for their mistake why.

@Westhaman  For broadband you only need to give 14 days notice, when you gave notice how did you do this, did you receive email confirmation or did you swap to another provider?

 

If you swapped to another provider which one was it?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
